Help! I can't find the footage!!!

We've been getting this a lot.

All our footage is sorted by tournament and is under our "coverage" tab. Click on the coverage tab to see all the tournaments we have footage for.

Now, say you want to watch some footage from the Australian Ultimate Championships in 2012. All you have to do is click the AUC 2012 link under the coverage tab and that will take you to the tournament. All our footage for this tournament is then displayed on this page. Just browse through to find the game you want!

Alternatively, if you know the game you want to watch: you can search for it. Just type in the team names to find it. Our search function is being continuously improved, we're aiming to add more features to it as our library grows.

If you still can't find a game and the event happened recently, the footage may still be being processed. Everything takes time and we get things up as quick as we can, however, most of it is out of our hands. We will post on social media when games are live and there is also a little box on the right hand side of every page that shows the five most recent videos posted.

I brought a subcription but I can't view anything!!!

Check these things first:

1. That you are logged in.
2. That you are connected to a decent internet connection (poor internet does cause problems)
3. That your account has been debited for the subscription

For the most part, this will solve 90% of problems. If you have followed the above and it still doesn't work: don't hesitate to contact us and we'll sort it out as quick as we can. Alternatively, if you can't be bothered following the above, contact us anyway and we'll still help out!
